Onboarding: Data Evaluation

GET STARTED!

Google Analytics

GOAL: Provide Edit Access to analytics1@cannonball.digital

Step 1: Log in to Google Analytics
Step 2: Click the Admin tab located on the lower left-hand side of your screen

Step 3: Ensure the ADMIN tab is selected and click on Account User Management (or Property User Management if you don’t want to provide access at the account level)

Step 4: Click on the blue + sign icon and select Add users from the dropdown menu

Step 5: Under Permissions, click on the Edit checkbox, which will automatically select all three boxes needed and then enter analytics1@cannonball.digital in the Enter email addresses field

Google My Business

GOAL: Provide Edit Access to ads1@cannonball.digital (yep, a new email address!)

Step 1: Log in to Google My Business

Step 2: Click the Users tab located on the lower left-hand side of your screen

Step 3: Click on the blue Add users button, select Owner from the Choose a role dropdown menu, and then enter ads1@cannonball.digital in the Enter names or email addresses field

* You must have the “Owner” role selected to add!

Facebook Business Manager

GOAL: Setting up Cannoball Digital as a Partner to your business within Facebook Business Manager

Step 1: Log in to Facebook Business Manager (business.facebook.com)
Step 2: Navigate to Business Settings (business.facebook.com/settings)
Note: You can click the hamburger menu in the top left

Step 3: Click Partners (Under Users), then Add, then Give a partner access to your assets

Step 4: Under Partner business ID, enter 720151331743784
Step 5: Assigning Assets
• Under Pages, select your Facebook page and then toggle Create Ads

Note: The steps below will be applicable if you currently have them set up
• Under Ad Accounts, select your Ad account and toggle Manage Ad Account
• Under Catalogs, select your Catalog and toggle Manage Catalog
• Under Pixels, select your Pixel and toggle Manage Pixel

Step 6: Save your changes and send request!
